’Time’ is our core business

Déhora’s history started in the 1980’s when founder
Ben Jansen first applied social scientific research to the
work floor. Our focus on the human aspects of labour and
time is reflected in the name Déhora - which originates from
Latin and can be roughly translated as ‘on time’. The addition
‘Consultancy Group’ indicates that we offer a wide range of
services within our agency - all designed to make time for you.

Working time management makes good business sense; it usually allows an organisation to cut costs and improve efficiency. Furthermore, working conditions and the quality of the output are usually improved as well. Déhora Consultancy Group has over twenty years of experience in the use of planning and scheduling in obtaining the perfect balance between labour and time. Depending on the needs of our clients we approach the various projects from up to five different angles. We offer consultancy (for example in the area’s or working time management or Ádvanced Planning Solutions’), interim staff (replacement during pregnancy leave or sickness as well as interim management), software (the standard software packages but custom-made solutions too), research and training (courses, assessments, etc.).
